Halloween pre drink ritual: a 10 ml shot and a 4-point checklist

Your Halloween pre drink ritual is one 10 ml shot before the first drink, plus four checks before you leave: eat, water, a ride plan and a 21+ line. The shot is pre-drink support. It is not a licence to drink more. Here is the whole routine, start to door.

Why Halloween needs a plan

Halloween is the one night the costume takes an hour and the plan takes zero. Everyone is in character. Nobody is checking in on the person inside it.

So build the plan before you build the outfit. Four checks. Five minutes. You do them once, in your apartment, while you still have a mirror and a working brain.

We make a 10 ml shot. We still put the checklist first. A shot is a ritual. Food, water and a ride are the plan.

The 10 ml ritual

Here is the shot part. It is short on purpose.

Take one 10 ml Pre Game shot before your first drink.
Down in one. About two seconds.
Put the empty bottle in your pocket or the bin. Go out.

One shot. That is the ritual. Not one for every round, and not a reason to order another. We say it plainly: Pre Game supports liver health and supports normal cognitive function. We make no promise about your morning.

It is built to feel like part of the night, not a medicine cabinet. Plum bottle, small enough for a costume pocket, if your costume has one. A lot of them do not. Plan for that.

The pre-night checklist

Run it in order. Tick every line before you leave.

Check	What it means	Done by
Eat	A real meal, not a handful of candy from the bowl	Before you get dressed
Water	A full glass now, and water between drinks at the venue	Before the shot
Ride plan	Name who drives, or book the ride or pick the transit line now	Before the first drink
21+ line	Your limit, in your head or in your notes app, decided sober	Before you leave

Eat. Food in your stomach beats any shot. Eat an hour before you go out.

Water. The shot is 10 ml. Your body needs a lot more liquid than that. Drink water first, then again at the venue.

Ride plan. Decide it at home. Not at 1 a.m. with a dead phone and a line of people in matching costumes.

21+ line. Pre Game is 21+ only. Set your number of drinks before the night starts, and stick to it. Drink responsibly. Costumes do not change the law, and they do not change how alcohol works.

What the shot does not do

A fair warning, since the wellness aisle loves to over-promise.

It does not make drinking safer.
It does not stand in for food, water or sleep.
It does not tell you when to stop.
It does not replace a ride home.

If you take medication or have a health condition, ask your doctor before trying any supplement. That is not legal filler. It is just the right call.

Where our testing stands

Straight answer: the testing is not done. Our supplier, SKR Nutritionals, has sent samples. The certificate of analysis (CoA) from SKR is pending. So are the third-party heavy metals, microbial and potency tests.

Until those exist, we will not publish ingredient doses, and we will not guess at them. When the results arrive, they go up in full on our testing page. Nothing hidden, nothing picked.

That also means the first batch is not out yet. Halloween will pass before it ships. Read this post as the plan for any night out, this one included.

The HUGEL disclosure

Pre Game is co-founded with DJ HUGEL. He is a co-founder and has a financial interest in the brand's sales. That is a material connection, and you should know it before you weigh anything we say.

Get in line for the first drop

The shot is $10. If that is too much, we are not for you. Want a few for the crew? The Night Out Pack is four shots for $36, with pricing tentative until our supplier confirms cost. Fulfillment is not confirmed yet either.

The first drop has 25 spots. One email when the shots are tested and ready. That is all you get from us.

Claim a spot in the first drop on the home page. 21+ only. Drink responsibly.
